helped me over several years.
When my family struggled through hard times not being able to pay bills they referred me to the River of Hope when the D.H.S. told me that my husband made too much money before gross pay.
We were so blessed that the Dream Center provided us this stepping stone in
our lives. They have helped us on this journey through life as my family goes through the hard times."
Rent and/or utilities assistance is available for those who live in the BISD area.
